2019年11月29日,Chemical Communications在线发表了我院有机分子组装与合成团队李刚老师的科研成果。论文题名为"Ruthenium-catalyzed meta-C–H bond alkylation of aryl 2-pyridyl ketones", 李博士采用钌催化芳基2-吡啶酮间位C-H键烷基化反应。利用该方法,以[Ru(p-cymene)Cl2]2为催化剂,以烷基溴为偶联剂,研究了芳基2-吡啶酮的C-H键功能化反应。这一进展为修饰芳基2-吡啶酮骨架的中间位置提供了一种有效的策略,芳基2-吡啶酮骨架存在于各种功能分子中,具有较强的新颖性。该项研究在河南省高校科技创新人才项目(19HASTIT035)支持下完成。Chemical Communications属于自然指数收录期刊,中科院SCI分区1区,影响因子: 6.164。
