1999
年毕业于华东理工大学,获材料科学与工程专业博士学位,同年进入上海交通大学工作,现为上海交通大学教授,上海市领军人才,全国劳动模范,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,“泰山学者”特聘专家。从事含氟聚合物和含氟功能膜的研发。主持并圆满完成国家

计划、支撑计划重大项目,实现了氯碱工业全氟离子膜的产业化,结束了中国没有全氟离子膜的历史,打破了制约我国氯碱工业安全运行和健康发展的瓶颈,是中国氯碱工业发展的里程碑。同时开展的研究包括燃料电池新能源汽车核心材料、催化分离膜材料、海水淡化膜材料、储能电池膜材料、特种润滑材料等。所著《含氟功能材料》被评为化工领域科技图书一等奖。
